"Health startup doubles sales ahead of new round of funding": as seen in Nashville Business Journal

Sales for Nashville health startup and Emboss client, HUSO, have doubled ahead of the company’s second round of funding, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

From NBJ reporter Joel Stinnett:

Huso — stylized as HUSO, short for "human sound" — put its sound-therapy system on the market 16 months ago, and has sold more than 1,000 units to date, cofounder and CEO Larry Doochin said. In the past three months, however, he said sales have begun to take off, with Huso selling an average of 140 units a month at $500 a piece, up from an average of 55 units a month in the spring.
